Updating an ICSW record
Once an item has been added in ICSP it is ready to be activated for individual branches.
If an item is already active in a branch and changes need to be made, follow this guide to happiness.
Address: ICSW – Warehouse Product Setup
Menu: Product > Setup > Warehouse Product
Lookup or enter the Product on the LH column.
Lookup or enter the warehouse on the LH Column. Skip this if more than one ICSW record for this item needs to be updated.
Click <Search>
If the item is already active in other warehouses, a listing of warehouses that have this item activated will appear.
Click the Arrow next to the warehouse record to update.
Click <EDIT> to open the ICSW record for updating
Update the appropriate data.
All Price and Cost fields should be updated using PDEC. The pricing department might be needed for assistance.
Click <SAVE> once the record has been updated per requirement.
