How to look-up operator Initials.
Address: ICIP
Menu: Product>Inquiry>Product
Book Mark: ICIP – Product Inquiry
Enter Item and Warehouse
Click <SEARCH>
Transactions
Transaction Types: Receipt
Click <SEARCH>
Click on the Right arrow next to the transaction to view more details.
Operator Initials are located in the resulting screen.
PO Inquiry – Who Received it?
Address: POIP
Menu: Purchase >Inquiry>Purchase Order
Bookmark: POIP – PO Inquiry
WT Inquiry – Who Received it?
Address: WTIT
Menu: Transfer > Inquiry > Transfer
Bookmark: WTIT – Transfer inquiry
This workflow in (WTIT) requires elevated security as of August 2,2022. Use ICIP until the access is available for all.
Enter the Warehouse Transfer number
Click <SEARCH>
Click <Totals>
Note the Received By user ID.
Operator Initials look-up/inquiry
OEIO > Advanced Search
Click on the Magnify glass in the Taken by criteria.
Type in the operator initials and Click <Search>
The User Name will appear under operators
