Receiving Branch Didn’t Receive Enough

(Example:  shipped 5, received 0 in system but physically received 5)

Search Bar:  WTEE

Menu:           Transfer > Entry > Exception Receipt

Bookmark:   WTEE –Transfer Exceptions

1. Click <Quick Exception>
2. Enter the Transfer Number
3. Click <Details>
4. Click <OK> to open journal box
5. Click <Line Items>
6. Select the line to fix
7. Click <Actions>
   1. Select <Adjust On Hand>
8. X out of the exceptions tab window
9. Enter a new transfer for the “shortage”
10. Shipping branch ships the new transfer (in the system only, not physically)
11. Receiving branch receives the new transfer correctly
