Search Criteria Defined
Customer #: Customer account #. Use when searching for a particular account’s sales and/or quote information. Only 1 account or Blank (for all) can be used in this field.
Ship to: Use when looking for a particular Ship to’s sales and quote information. Usually leveraged with the Customer # already entered. Only 1 or Blank (for all) can be used in this field.
Warehouse: Sales/quote warehouse the order was entered against.
Customer Purchase Order #: The PO# referenced when the order/quote was entered. This is NOT keyword functional. It has to be an exact match. However as long as the first part of the PO matches, you will get results. This field has a LOT of potential, if used properly.
Example: Enter the letter S to get all orders/quotes that reference the letter S as the first character of the PO.
Operational Hold Codes:
Amount Hold: $ - order was approved and then changed so now requires to be reapproved.
CC Authorization: A – waiting for credit card to authorize. This process runs every 15 minutes.
CC Failure: F – credit card declined. Must be untendered and tendered with another form of payment.
Credit Hold: h – Customer is over their credit limit or significantly past due
Margin Hold: M – total order is below 10% margin
Not Approved: n
Customer Return: R
Sales Rep External: Sales rep assigned
Product: If leveraged, can only search for 1 product at a time. Do not enter any data if you do not wish to restrict the search to only one item.

Typical search methodologies:

Ordered: Reserves inventory and hits customer’s available credit.
Picked: Printed Order. Moves the inventory from Reserved to Committed, same net effect on Available inventory.
Shipped: No effect on Inventory or Customer’s balances. Order has been Shipped in Sx.e.

Transaction Types:

Direct: Delivery made direct from the Vendor to the Customer. Ask your branch manager if there are any vendors that should not be partnered with on this type of transaction.
Quote: List of items with prices. No effect on inventory or customer’s credit.
