Keeping up with Open Transfers
Warehouse Transfer Inquiry - WTIT
For any transfer that was shipped 7+ days ago and have not yet arrived, reach out to the shipping branch to get tracking information.
Shipping branches must file claims with UPS for lost packages. Shipping branches must follow up to be sure that we receive reimbursement for lost packages.

Transfers should be searched weekly. Follow up on inbound transfers to make sure that they arrive in a timely fashion.

Menu: Transfer > Inquiry > Transfer

- Click <Show More> under Advanced Search.

- Add Criteria if necessary by clicking on Criteria and checking the fields to add.

- Enter selection criteria (be sure to pick the appropriate stage). Since Transfers are being Auto Received at shipping there could be transfers that have not yet been physically received.
- Use the date received range as criteria.
HINT: It is better to enter more selection criteria to narrow the search results, so you don’t have to scroll through as many transfers.
- Click <Search>
- This Search will display a list of the Warehouse Transfers that meet the criteria entered.
- Click the <arrow> next to the Transfer # to view more details about that transfer.

To view Warehouse Transfers you have requested that are not yet approved:
In Advanced Search of WTIT
Enter your branch number in the ‘To Warehouse’
Stage: Requested
Click <Search>
