This should only be done if the PO has not been sent to the vendor and if Anthony D is alerted that you are cancelling a PO.

Menu: Purchase > Entry > Purchase Order
Bookmark: POET – PO Entry
1. Click <CANCEL>
2. Enter the PO# (make sure you have appropriate suffix number if cancelling a backorder).
3. Click <NEXT>
A popup window will appear.
4. Click <YES>
