- Click <Cancel>
- Enter the quote number in the Order # box and select it when it appears.
- Click <Next>
- Click in Lost Business Reason and select the appropriate choice. This is required
- Click <Lost Business>
Note!! Note!!
Quotes automatically cancel after 180 days. They will still be in the system, but no changes can be made after 180 days. The quote will need to be copied to create a new quote to make changes.
