Product should not be given away unless you have received approval by your Regional Manager.
The Regional Manager should add a note to the order indicating his/her approval.
In the case of turf products, the Regional Manager should send an email to the Turf Products Manager explaining why the product had to be given away rather than sold at a discount.
All efforts should be made to sell the product for something rather than giving it away.
