In the Initiate screen of Order Entry
Disposition: None = Delivery. Will Call = Customer Pickup
Ship Via: to align with the delivery method. Type the code for the correct shipping method or click the magnifying glass to search delivery methods.
Click <NEXT>.
Ensure that the address for the delivery is correct for the Ship To Address in the Order Head panel on the right side of the screen. Expand or collapse this panel as needed by clicking on the double arrows (>> or <<). If the Ship To Address is not correct update it by clicking the <EDIT SHIP TO ADDRESS> button it to update the address to where the order is being delivered. A window will pop up to enter the correct Ship To Address.
Click <OK> to save changes.

If you print a pick ticket/invoice and there is no Ship To Address printed, it is because the order is set to Will Call. If the order is delivery, adjust the disposition to NONE and change the Ship Via to the shipping method. Reprint the pick ticket/invoice and the Ship To Address will print.
Caution !! Caution !!
If the ship to city and/or state is changed, it could cause the tax jurisdiction to be incorrect on the order. If this is the case after making the address change you will need to change the tax jurisdiction.
