Customers that require reprints of statements will be referred to the branches. Requests should NOT be forwarded to the Main Office. Customers that have accounts on BillTrust can log into their account and print any statement from the last 12 months.
Reprints of Customer Statements can either be printed at the branch or emailed.

Menu: Customer > Entry > ARE Reports > AR Entry Statement Print
Bookmark: ARES – Statement Print
Click the <Arrow> next to ares under Function Name to choose this report.
Click the <NEW> icon and <One Time> from the drop down
Enter Printing Information
For Email
Choose Print Type Email and enter the customer’s email in the Email Address box. If you need to send to multiple people separate the email addresses by a comma.
For Printing
Print Type: Print and enter the correct printer your branch.
Click <NEXT>
In 1. Customer # enter the customer number and tab over (this will copy the customer number to the next box). DO NOT use a range, put in only 1 customer number at a time.
Ensure that the Begin Customer is the same as the End Customer
Click <NEXT>
Click Next again (no changes to the Options screen)
Click Finish
