In Customer Inquiry or Customer Setup, select a specific customer, click the double left arrow << in the right top corner of the screen.
Click on the down arrow next to SX Contacts it will expand the panel on the right and the down arrow will then become an up arrow ^. Then click on the expand icon circled in red below.
The expanded Contact screen below shows 2 contacts for customer 106348.
The Search panel can be collapsed on the left by clicking the double arrows << as shown above.
Use the Icons (in the red box below) to Add, Refresh, Edit, Save, Import/Export or Delete contacts for this customer.
