If your credit card terminal does not display “Please Wait” on the display or you are having issues when attempting to process any credit cards or signatures within CSD then try the following Troubleshooting steps.
- Close any open Cenpos pop-up window in CSD.
- Check your desktop for an icon called “Restart Cenpos Bridge”. Double click it and Cenpos Bridge Service will restart and reestablish connectivity with your PC and the credit card machine
- Retry the payment or signature request within CSD.
If the issue continues after restarting the bridge, email helpdesk@centralpros.com immediately and include:
- Your PC number
- Whether the issue occurred during a payment or signature request
Please do not reboot your PC or credit card terminal as a troubleshooting step unless directed to do so by the IT Help Desk.
If you are having to restart the Cenpos Bridge multiple times a day then please reach out to helpdesk@centralpros.com immediately to let them know.
