Open the Daily Deposit RA Detail Report from Phocas
This report shows any payments that need to be applied (and only those payments that need to be applied).
Use any remittance information contained in the scanned file in the Deposit folder to make the application. If no remittance information is included, our standard policy is to apply to oldest first, including service/interest charges. You may opt to contact the customer for remittance information however, if no remittance information is received within 24 hours, apply to oldest first.
Follow standard practice for Cash Application.
