ICRTN – NonStock Inventory Trial Balance Report
Use the ICRTN report to compare the balance of the General Ledger Inventory account to the subsidiary valuation of the NonStock Order Inventory.
Note: Close all open journals before you run this report. If a journal is open, the journal number, operator, function name, date and time are included at the beginning of the report. Close the journal, and then rerun the report.
The ICRON - Non-stock/Direct Order Report is a complementary report to the ICRTN Trial Balance of NonStocks Report. The ICRON includes all the active NonStock order inventory lines.
Any balance in the account should represent a non-stock product that has been received on a purchase order but has not been invoiced. After researching the purchase order, research the associated order to determine why it was not invoiced. Additionally, check if the tie between the purchase order and sales order was broken.

The following is an example of two warehouses’ NonStock Inventory balances.
Warehouse 10 appears to have a total value of $2,839.28 in NonStock Inventory. There are only 2 PO’s listed so most likely there are only 2 sales orders being held. Contact the branch to find out what is going on with these orders. Investigation can happen starting in POIP.
